@fresswolf I suppose it depends on the person doing the yoga.I havent run into that problem. And I havent run into any individuals that have had the issue of overstretching. I like it myself and I would definitely recommend it.

fresswolf January 20, 2012 at 6:04 am

Stretching in a hot environment is quite dangerous, as you can easily overstretch. So I wouldn’t recomment that

BIKRAM YOGA works, I tried other yoga`s but not really successful, Bikram changed all that, it changed my life and will change yours, give it a go.

‘People in London don’t sweat enough.’ Really? This woman has obviously never been on a tube in the rush hour. Think the guys who go have an advantage though – plenty of eye candy for them. But not sure I want to be so close to so many old men with beer guts hanging everywhere. Eugh.

SOUTHPARKFOREVER240 January 20, 2012 at 7:18 am

Come on ! Most people dehydrate themselves on a night of drinking ! Just look at people who do yoga, they all are healthy and optimistic. Gotta love the lifestyle man.

MandeeSparkle January 20, 2012 at 7:31 am

@scarred10 Not true. I took a semester of Bikram Yoga last year at my university. I only had it twice a week and I didn’t really change much else in my lifestyle (eating, other exercise) but I lost about one pound a week from it.

iampeeay01 January 20, 2012 at 8:23 am

wanna try this… I would like to get the amount of sweat they have as they do the yoga.. :) thanks for the video.

maxehkins January 20, 2012 at 9:12 am

@scarred10 It is actually quite effective for weightloss – many of the secondary affects also affect body mass through regulation of appetite, encouraging you to hydrate well, etc.

maxehkins January 20, 2012 at 9:50 am

@NolavAvaloN After the first session you start to get used to the heat quite quickly. The key thing is staying in the room for the full 90 minutes, even if that means sitting down for 85 of those 90 minutes ;)

NolavAvaloN January 20, 2012 at 10:09 am

i’m scared i would get too hot and faint..

scarred10 January 20, 2012 at 11:05 am

its not going to be ffective for weight loss but stress relief yes and plenty of dopamine release from watching those hot women.

AndrewLeeFinnigan January 20, 2012 at 11:36 am

yfset8 January 20, 2012 at 1:22 pm

@illjustleavethen no,in yoga you do as much as you can.you should stop when you feel pain.its to be expected if your not used to doing it,but if you keep it up your body will adapt.

AxePittbull January 20, 2012 at 1:37 pm

any advice for eagle pose…im 5’11 188, muscular. i’m having trouble wraping foot around ankle. need help.

illjustleavethen January 20, 2012 at 2:35 pm

will they get mad if i don’t do all the postures

AxePittbull January 20, 2012 at 2:57 pm

@TheHersey – I just finished, took ur advice, and stayed in the room! thank u!!!!

TheHersey January 20, 2012 at 2:59 pm

@AxePittbull just lay there and and let your mind and soul relax. I was told my first day that the most important thing is just to stay in the room the whole 90 minutes, don’t need to do all the postures.

AxePittbull January 20, 2012 at 3:20 pm

does anyone have any tips for staying in the room. I always walk out 1 time! i’m so mad at myself! been doin Bikram for 1.5 months everyday. i want to stay in the room.

R4R45 January 20, 2012 at 4:12 pm

lizzydee76 January 20, 2012 at 5:22 pm

crazzyally January 20, 2012 at 5:34 pm

giorgos9388 January 20, 2012 at 7:24 pm

I am too afraid to try the handstand. What am i going to do?

wiliamhalfrench January 20, 2012 at 7:24 pm

Re: lIlenfaith: I also would like to see a sequence dealing with hamstrings. I am a male, and those muscles are not giving up any time soon.
Also: When doing Camel, the instructions are to bring top of hips back even tho you’re pushing thighs forward. This is difficult for me to do

desertrose277 January 20, 2012 at 8:09 pm

looks promising.. im definitely incorporating these postures into my routine! thanks so much xx

I’m enjoying these short sequences. I’ve just finished shopping and feel a bit draggy now. I’m eager to go do these and see how they feel. Thanks! Looking forward to more.

piedwagtail91 January 21, 2012 at 2:46 am

RubberBiscuit January 21, 2012 at 3:37 am

This is a good theme for a sequence and could not have come on a better day. Thanks.

yogatic January 21, 2012 at 3:52 am

@endlesswonder22 I will be absolutely effective without the handstand! Just an extra option :-)

endlesswonder22 January 21, 2012 at 4:49 am

If I’m unable to do the handstand pose, do you think it’ll still be effective, Esther? Or is the idea to do all 4 together?

SILENCEoncloudnine January 21, 2012 at 5:32 am

Thank you very much :)

momatotwo January 21, 2012 at 6:31 am
