Hay I just bout to start working out and I am 6ft and I weight 287 pounds. Which on of ur videos should I do first. I lost already 50 pound just by cutting out outside food. I use to have. Hard time moving after I had my son. I just had my second 6 months ago and I am ready. So if you can help me by showing me which video ill b so happy.

and till now i cant do it three times i just can do it for two times. is that good for me *as a begginer*?
and really thank you for your videos they really helped lose allot of wieght and when i showed them to my mother she really liked you :D

@GonG108 Personally, I don’t care what she calls it as long as it works. People aren’t here to get pedantic, they’re here to get fit. I would like to try this workout. It doesn’t look as boring as you probably are.
